4. Orders and Payments

All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect product availability.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Pridewell offers subscription plans (“auto-ship” or “subscribe & save”) for certain products. By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at your chosen interval (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime by contacting help@trypridewell.com or through your customer account.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Average delivery time is 7–10 business days, though this may vary by location or carrier delays.

7. Returns and Money-Back Guarantee

We proudly offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time purchases.

If you’re not satisfied with your first Pridewell product, contact help@trypridewell.com within 60 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you in full — no return required in most cases.

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.

  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

  • Shipping and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

For subscription or recurring orders, refunds apply only to unopened items, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
After this window, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.
A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cancelled orders to cover administrative costs.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Platforms

Pridewell advertises and sells products through Meta, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.
We are not responsible for any errors, representations, or policies of these platforms.
Your interactions with those sites are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, designs, product images, videos, and other materials on our website and marketing channels are owned or licensed by Pridewell.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pridewell and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pridewell, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or breach of applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a state or federal court located within Delaware.
